Are stakes included with the product?

Stakes are included with items marked as “staked”. For most of the items the stakes are removable and can break down in half for shipping and storage. These stakes are easily attached to the back of the staked items by screwing them in.

Are there rtcgallery.com gift certificates and/or gift cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards or gift certificates. We are looking at adding this as an added value to our customers.

Do you do back orders?

No. We do not do back orders.

Do you have a catalog?

No. Currently, we have a ‘virtual’ catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from us. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! If there is a particular product that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it.

Do you offer Live Chat support?

No. Currently, we do not offer live chat support. If you need any assistance please contact us.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

The fastest way to unsubscribe from our digital mailing list is to click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every rtcgallery.com email. You can also contact us and we will be happy to remove you from the digital mailing list.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on rtcgallery.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

Unfortunately, rtcgallery.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

Rtcgallery.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Items are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

How do I care for RTC products?

Glad you asked! We created a detailed product care guide with instructions on how to take care of your Round Top Collection pieces.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to modify your order please contact us and we will make changes to your order. We cannot modify orders that have already been processed by our shipping team so please try and contact us within a few hours of placing your order.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you created an account on rtcgallery.com you can edit your shipping and billing address on the My Account screen.

  • Make sure you are logged into your rtcgallery.com account. There is a link to login in the top right corner of the website header.
  • Click on the Addresses Link and follow the prompt to edit either address.
  • Save your changes and future orders will be shipped and billed to the new address.

Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address for a guest account or if you have any issues changing your address. Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed by our shipping team.

Can I get same day delivery?

At this time we do not offer same day delivery or pickups.

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No. At this time rtcgallery.com does not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

Do you offer PayPal payments?

Yes, at this time rtcgallery.com does offer PayPal payments. You will see this option at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Rtcgallery.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

Can I pay with multiple Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Pre-Paid Gift Cards?

Only one debit/credit card can be used per order at this time.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Please refer to our return policy page for up to date information on returns. If you have additional questions on returns please contact us.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

Rtcgallery.com is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact us for assistance returning the item. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

At this time we do not offer exchanges for products purchased online or in store. You will need to return the original product, we will process the return, and start a new order for the product you would like to buy.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
