What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 per order. This fee is waived when we run free shipping promotions or with an order of $100 or more. If you need a faster shipping option, please Contact Us to purchase upgraded shipping.

With which carriers do you ship?

We use both USPS and FedEx to ship our packages to customers. Furthermore, customers may track their order through the My Account page or through the automated email sent to each customer.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery depends on carrier and the customer’s location and orders usually ship same business day. Orders normally take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We can process credit cards through our secure servers or you can use Paypal’s secure servers to process your credit card.

Is ordering online secure? How do you protect my data?
